    Amnesty International (AI) is a worldwide movement of people who campaign for internationally recognized human rights. The Norwich Group meets every third Wednesday of the month at the Charing Cross Centre near the Maddermarket Theatre in Norwich. All meetings are open to everyone.

  • The Information Centre about Asylum & Refugees
    An easy to use website which has up-to-date information about refugees, is currently examining the way asylum issues are treated during the general election and has a long list of available resources.
  • The Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre
    Set up by the Norwegian Refugee Council, the Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre (IDMC). Monitors conflict-induced internal displacement worldwide.
  • The Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants
    JCWI is aimed at combating racism and injustice within asylum law and policy. It provides publications and training materials including several detailed reports and a variety of statistics.

    King's Lynn Asylum and Refugee Support (KLARS) provides useful information for refugees on immigration, asylum, employment, education, health, language assistance, etc. All information is available in English, Portuguese, Russian and Chinese.
